End User License Agreement for License Key

Your purchase or use of template of License Key from http://www.a4deskpro.com (the "Licensor") implies that you have read and accepted the following terms and conditions.

LICENSE

As a paid user for the template license key, the following rights are hereby granted to you:

  • a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the template. license keys are all unique. Each License Key is valid for ONE selected template, for ONE company name or person name only. if you need to use the template for a different company/person name, you need to register a new license key.
    to Use, modify the template (.xml, .html files) to create your own website or multimedia presentation.
  • to distribute the compiled, modified template to your users and clients on a royalty-free basis.

RESTRICTIONS

  • RESELL of the license key is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • All Image, Music used in the A4DeskPro software cannot be re-distributed separately in any other format.
  • You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent.
  • You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

EDITING OF FILES

  • A4DeskPro templates MUST be opened and edited using A4DeskPro Software . Please ensure you have download latest version of A4DeskPro Software from our website.
  • There will be no refund after you have receive the licence key or Account Information(for Subscription Plans). All sales are final.

ALL SOFTWARE & TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL A4DESK.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE.
