When I open my swf file inside Internet Explorer, it automatically blocks the file and asks me if I want to allow access to the file. Is there anyway I can stop the blocking? ( at top )
This occurs when you are using Windows XP and have installed Service Pack 2, as Microsoft Internet Explorer's security feature prevents ActiveX objects from executing locally. This problem happens on your local PC only and once you have uploaded your flash site and view it online, the error messages will not appear.

Some icons and files are disappeared when I reopen A4DeskPro project. ( at top )
It is probably because your new A4deskpro installed in the different folder of the previous A4deskpro software. Or you may have moved some icon/image folders. These changes may cause some icon /image disappear as the directory is not correct. Please make sure and keep the directory of all resource folders is always the same.
You can search *.a4p through your window search function. All your image and resource file will be shown.
