Support / Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When I open my swf file inside Internet Explorer, it automatically blocks the file and asks me if I want to allow access to the file. Is there anyway I can stop the blocking? ( at top )

This occurs when you are using Windows XP and have installed Service Pack 2, as Microsoft Internet Explorer's security feature prevents ActiveX objects from executing locally. This problem happens on your local PC only and once you have uploaded your flash site and view it online, the error messages will not appear.

  2. How do I know if I have installed Adobe Flash Player? ( at top )
